LiteTouch Hybrid
LiteTouch Hybrid technology is lighting control that is simple, flexible and energy-efficient.
The new Hybrid technology from LiteTouch is a single lighting control system with multiple installation options. These options include: Home Run/Centralized Installation (consolidate your lighting controls into one centralized location), Cat5 Wired Installation, and Wireless Installation (this utilizes a high power RF antenna that can communicate up to a 200ft radius). The hybrid system is a practical control solution for whole home, additions, new construction and renovations.
Energy savings using the Hybrid can be realized in several ways. The first is the ability to dim your incandescent and halogen fixtures, thus lowering energy consumption and extending the life of your bulbs. Secondly, by using Master Off and Scene controls, you can control any and every light in your home from a single location. Master Off makes sure all lights are out, whether they are LED, incandescent or fluorescent. Your lighting can be programmed with the Hybrid system to work with timers, allowing you to set the times and levels of your fixtures as needed. By coordinating your lighting with other home systems such as home theater, HVAC and occupancy sensors you can also save on the energy consumption of your lighting. Finally, Hybrid is available with a Daylight Harvesting Keypad which measures the levels of available sunlight and adjusts your electric light as needed.
