The CWA Lighting Group, LLC has been serving ME, NH and VT since 1996. We are proud to represent a select group of lighting, control and window shade manufacturers whose high quality sets them apart from the rest. Our goal is to provide our clients with the most in-depth technical support and best customer service possible.
Rick Weeks - Owner, Sales, Technical Support
Rick has been in the electrical industry since 1985 as a manufacturer's representative. He formed the CWA Group in 1996 and works out of his home office in Melvin Village, NH. He enjoys getting out of the office and making sales calls (the rest of the office staff enjoys it when he does this as well). Rick's background includes a degree in hotel-restaurant management which makes company dinners a lot of fun! When not working, he enjoys bicycling, kayaking and Texas Hold 'Em (which he usually loses).
Matt Powers - Sales, Quotations, Customer Service
Matt joins the CWA Lighting Group with 7 years of experience in the field of audio-visual manufacturing. His customer service and technical skills are a great fit for CWA and his presence has evened out the office dynamics (Rick doesn't feel outnumbered by the girls anymore). Matt is married with two children and enjoys computer programming, baseball and playing video games with his sons.
Mindy Jones - Customer Service, Marketing
Mindy has been in the lighting business since 1994 as both 
manufacturer's representative and electrical wholesaler. She has a B.A. in English from Keene State College and often wonders how she ended up in a business that's full of "numbers"! Her responsibilities include order entry and service, quotations, literature requests, mailings and whatever else lands on the desk! Mindy also owns and operates a part-time home decor business in Melvin Village.
Susan Weeks - Office "Safety Net"
Sue works behind the scenes helping to keep the office running smoothly! She also handles her own title research business and enjoys preserving fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden. Sue and Rick have been married for 25 years and live in Melvin Village, NH with their daughter, Maggie, who is a Senior at Simmons College.
